Taking advantage of a warm British Columbia location, the designer used large glass surfaces framed with StrataClad panels on the facade of this house. All fascia panels are in StrataClad as well.
Much of the structure is sheathed in horizontal woodgrain cladding, with portions of horizontally ribbed metal siding, and finished with metal flashing.
